The Living Room
Large living room with full opening sliding doors that give direct access to the terrace and pool area while offering breathtaking sea and mountain views.
The Kitchen
Full equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a dedicated dining area to seat comfortably 10 people. The large kitchen has open views over the mountains and sea, with direct access to the large terrace, swimming pool, garden and BBQ area through sliding patio- doors. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, 1 extra fridge and 1 extra freezer for drinks and ice.
The Praia Grande Room
This large master-bedroom has high ceilings and a 360º uninterrupted view of the mountains, the pool and garden and the Atlantic Ocean (spectacular view of the moonlight coming through the windows and far away lighthouse of Cabo da Roca - “most westerly point of mainland Europe”.
The en-suite bathroom boasts a large bath and there is a large walk-in closet. The room is provided with a King size Double bed - Sleeps 2
The Praia Pequena Room
This cozy north-west facing room has a private balcony to enjoy superb views over the forest and sea, while enjoying the sound of breaking waves in the background. The room can be provided with a Double bed or two Single beds - Sleeps 2
The Praia da Adraga Room
This large south facing room, has complete open views through its double windows overlooking the Sintra mountain and sea.
It can be fitted with two Single beds or one Double bed - Sleeps 2
The Praia da Aguda Room
Large bedroom with walking closet and double windows facing north, the Aguda bedroom is the coolest room of the house in the hot summer months thanks to its two large dual aspect windows. It can be fitted with two Single beds or one Double bed - Sleeps 2
The Terrace, BBQ & Pool area
From waking up with the early morning bird calls to sitting under the stars at night listening to the waves, while still in the comfort of the necessary amenities, the large terrace has a “semi-professional” style outdoor kitchen with social bbq & natural stone pizza oven place for delicious meals. Facing south you can enjoy incredibly beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic ocean horizon line while enjoying a sundowner by the pool.
